Without limitation, Teelup may deny you access to the Service or terminate your Teelup account, without providing any refund. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited conduct, you will forfeit access to the Service without eligibility for any refund or credit for unused portions of any paid Service. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies as necessary to address violations or protect the integrity of the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you post, including text, graphics, videos, links, descriptions, profile bios, social icons, and embedded content from third-party platforms. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Teelup reserves the right to establish pricing for the Service, and certain features may require payment. While we make efforts to keep pricing current, we recommend regularly reviewing our pricing page for updates. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Payments are final and non-refundable, even in cases of cancellations or service modifications, unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds or credits will be provided for amounts already paid. To prevent charges for the next billing period, cancellation must occur prior to the renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle. Teelup does not process payments directly for the Service. To facilitate payment through bank account, credit card, or debit card, we use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ('Stripe'), a third-party payment processor. These payment processing services are provided by Stripe and governed by Stripe's terms and conditions and other applicable policies available at Stripe's Legal Documents and Global Privacy Policy (collectively, the 'Stripe Services Agreement'). By agreeing to these Terms, users who utilize the payment functions of the Service consent to be bound by the Stripe Agreements, as may be updated by Stripe from time to time. You authorize Stripe to retain and continue billing your chosen payment method, even after its expiration, to ensure uninterrupted payment for the Service. For further details, please contact Stripe. We do not track, retain, or store any banking information used with the Service. We are also not liable for payments made through the Service and do not guarantee the security of your banking information. The Service is provided "AS IS," and you assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use, including third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Service and agree to defend and indemnify Teelup, its affiliates, and their respective shareholders, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any claim brought by a third party, as well as any related liability, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising from or relating to: (1) your unauthorized or improper use of the Service; (2) your breach of any part of the community standards, these Terms, any referenced representation, warranty, or agreement, or any applicable law or regulation; (3) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy rights; or (4) any dispute between you and a third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you (without limiting your indemnification obligations with respect to that matter), and in such cases, you agree to cooperate with our defense of those claims.

Teelup will have no liability for any changes to the Service, including changes to paid features, or for any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping copies of any content you post, in case changes to the Service result in loss of access to your content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, under no circumstances shall the Platform creators, service operators, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, personal injury of any kind or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or Service. (ii) Any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform. (iii) Any content, analytics, or results obtained from the Platform. (iv) Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions, data, or content. (v) The use of, or reliance on, third-party integrations, analytics, or external services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, or service interruptions from third-party providers. In no event shall our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform or Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) $100 USD.
